3 Ways To Avoid Keyword Stuffing
3 Ways To Avoid Keyword Stuffing
Keyword stuffing–one of the SEO strategies of the early internet–is largely considered an SEO faux pax. Google and search engines check for an overabundance of keywords within a particular piece of content. So, how can simultaneously create keyword-rich, quality content without keyword stuffing? Here are 3 ways to avoid keyword stuffing.
#1: Use A Variety Of Related Keywords
Whatever your keyword, there are usually multiple similar keywords. For example, if you are writing content based on “dermal fillers”, you can also include information about Juvederm, Restylane, and specific filler areas. This still benefits the main keyword and provides overall better quality information.
#2: Use Synonyms
Google will recognize synonyms of your main keyword. However, they do not count as keyword stuffing. Use a variety of synonyms if possible to reach the broadest possible audience. For example, for “dermal fillers” you may use “filler injections” “injectable fillers” and “cosmetic injections”.
#3: Use A Content Assistant
There are many online tools and software that can help you determine if you are using your keyword too much based on your word count. While this is not always necessary, it can certainly help those new to SEO content.
