The Problem

Northwest Face & Body is a cosmetic surgery practiced located in Kirkland, WA. A staple of the community, the business thrived in Kirkland for twenty years. Despite their notable reputation in the local area, Northwest Face & Body’s website, nwface.com was not ranking.

The practice--while they did manage their site--had not made major upgrades. When the website was created, it was modern and the best of it's kind. It ranked well. Over the years, the rankings began to fall which impacted the number of new patients coming to the practice.

We performed a thorough audit of their website to determine why their website was not ranking like it used to. This is what our team discovered:
